Best breakfeat I've had in my life. Rooms was clean and modern. 15 min walk to the old town. We had to check in in the middle of the night, before 2 am and it was not a problem at all. We were in town for the ultra festival and found elu iris hotel to be a great value. Excellent location right on the waterfront (just have to manage steep steps down to the beach). Clean, tidy and comfortable room at a fair price for this time of year. Great seaview from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was somewhat limited but understandable with the small size of the hotel and number of guests. Hotel is right next to a 5 star hotel so the closest restaurant and beach bar are pretty exclusive and overpriced. City center is a nice ca 45 min walk so someone not willing to walk will have to use taxi/uber.

From $76 per nightThe most beautiful apartment I’ve ever been to on the Adriatic coast. Pictures of the studio apartment are outdated because it was renovated and it looks even better. It’s beautifully decorated, fully equipped, so cozy, has the best terrace with a sea view, convenient parking, and the little beach across the street is good enough if you don’t feel like going anywhere. It’s a 20 minute walk from the old town. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. All the best about this place and would definitely book again.

Everything was excellent, the host is very kind and caring, apartment was extremely clean, the wiev from balcony is amazing. Furniture, complete arrangement is modern and new, there is a large parking outside. We will come for sure again. And we were told that the accommodation is also biker friendly (Senj is on the begining of amazing road during the Adriatic coast, very well known from plenty of bikers.

This was our first visit to Baska Voda. Not only is this our new favourite place on the Adriatic coast, the Aparthotel Milenij was amazing. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach it was only a few minutes stroll to the main centre. The apartment is located right across the road from the pristine sea. We have just thoroughly enjoyed a family holiday at Hotel Eden! The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel and facilities very clean and nothing was too much trouble! We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel’s facilities, including renting bikes, using the spa, eating in the Burin and Oleander restaurants and having fun in the outside pool. The hotel is situated next to Mulini beach where we rented paddle boards and kayaks. We look forward to returning!

Stunning sea view from balcony. Lovely room and bathroom. Very rich breakfast! Just a few steps from sea and good restaurant. After checking out you are allowed to swim in the indoor pool the whole day. Amazing.

We really appreciated clean rooms, kind, polite and professional staff, beautiful pool area, amazing view from the dining area, large variety of food and crystal clear sea surrounded by tall trees. To be honest, most of the negative feedback by visitors is due to lack of their basic reading skills. :) The hotel rooms don't have air conditioning, TVs and hair dryers. However it is clearly stated. You actually don't need air conditioning (we visited the hotel from 1st to 10th August with a 18-month baby girl and we never needed air conditioning). The forest that surrounds the hotel does what it should do. :) You also don't need TVs and wifi in the rooms. Trust me, it is better than way. If you desperately need any of the above-mentioned, you may simply go to the lobby. Every evening, there was music program and show for the kids with mascot (Pepi) and singing and dancing. We loved our stay and we will surely miss everything.
